Kyam North is the Business and Quality Manager at Thrive Fertility, overseeing business operations across finance, human resources, marketing, operations and quality management. Working closely with the Directors, she plays a key leadership role in both the day-to-day and strategic direction of the clinic, ensuring the organisation remains aligned, well-supported and focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred fertility care.

With a background in healthcare practice and business management, Kyam brings extensive experience in operational leadership, service development, policy design and organisational improvement. Her work has focused on developing systems and processes that support both clinical teams and patients, helping create environments where care is delivered safely, efficiently and consistently.

Kyam is passionate about improving accessibility in fertility care and contributing to a service model that feels transparent, supportive and genuinely centred on patients. She is committed to fostering a collaborative team culture where staff feel empowered, supported and connected by a shared purpose.
